Hola! Hi! My name is Beatriz, but you can call me Betty. Being Mexican-American, 1st generation, I understand the stigma surrounding mental health. I grew up in the Valley, surrounded by family and was raised with traditional, Mexican values. I know how scary and nerve wracking it is to share your life with a complete stranger. I graduated in with my Master’s degree in 2019 and have been practicing since then. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life changes, grief/loss and I pride myself in providing space for you and meeting you where you are at. Therapy is not “one-size fits all”, together we create a plan to determine what you need.
