Emishianna Holmes

Emishianna Holmes is a registered Associate Social Worker. She is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and cultivate resilience.

Drawing from a background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT),  Ms. Holmes takes a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. She believes in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly.

Ms. Holmes has worked extensively with survivors of trauma, including veterans, survivors of abuse, and individuals struggling with PTSD.

Ms. Holmes received her Masters in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and her undergraduate degree in Child, Adolescent, and Family Studies from California State University, Bakersfield.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Holmes enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring different destinations with her family.
