All data that is collected and maintained by us is either required by law, your insurance policy, or it is to provide better services such as (appointment reminders, billing notices, and such) In our private secured database we collect and record all forms you complete (client information, release forms, check-in logs), all financial transactions you preform for accounting purposes, therapist notes, and treatment plans.
